If it came out of a garage, a basement, a barn or a job site, it can go on the truck. Metal usually turns up alongside a bigger clear-out, so we can take it as part of a garage cleanout or a job site haul.
Separated Scrap Earns You a Discount
If a load is all metal and already separated out, we discount the price to reflect what the scrap is worth. Mixed in with other junk, it is priced as a normal load. Either way you get the number before we start and it does not change. Metal is dense, so a very heavy load can take more than one trip. We tell you that on the estimate, not at the curb.

If the load is all metal and already separated out, we discount the price to reflect the scrap value. If the metal is mixed in with other junk, it is priced as a normal load with no scrap discount.
Yes. Appliances need to be disconnected before we arrive — we do not disconnect gas, electrical or plumbing lines. Some items carry an additional disposal fee, and we will tell you about that on the estimate rather than at the truck.
No. We do all the lifting and loading from wherever the metal sits, including basements, attics, back yards and long carries. Separating it only matters if you want the scrap discount.
It depends on the volume and weight of the load and whether the metal is separated. We give you a free on-site estimate and lock the price in before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
